Benign X d1727daa63 chore(gdb): fix spec type inference, remove dead code, fix docstring ...

- Align _field_type_name with _field_expr (only _INT_SAFE_TYPES are int)
- Remove duplicate SPECS_JSON definition and dead SPECS_YAML reference
- Fix update_specs_json docstring to match actual behavior
- Regenerate widget_specs.json with corrected field types
