develop proprietary or commercial products. Customers who have

|
bought the MiniGUI-VAR can:

a) Obtain the license to develop non-GPL application software based on
|
|
MiniGUI.
|

b) Demonstrate the MiniGUI-based non-GPL application software to
|
|
your customers before the products coming into the market, or
|
|
release the demo applications based-on MiniGUI in public.

c) Three-month technology supports for MiniGUI application development.
|

d) One-year free upgrade of MiniGUI.
