VincentWei 0bec004433 add MAKEWPARAM and FIRSTBYTE~FOURTHBYTE macros, and remove HIBYTE_WORD16, LOBYTE_WORD16 macros. Now, MAKEWORD(lobyte, hibyte) returns same value on both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms 2018-02-02 15:05:00 +08:00
