	* libcsupport/include/rtems/libcsupport.h, libcsupport/src/newlibc.c,
	libcsupport/src/no_libc.c, libcsupport/src/unixlibc.c: Eliminate
	vestiges of ticks_per_timeslice controlling newlib reentrancy. The
	parameter was ignored in libc_init().
