CLOCK_DRIVER_ISRS_PER_TICK is the configuration define,
CLOCK_DRIVER_ISRS_PER_TICK_VALUE is the actual value of ISRS per clock
tick, therefore use this one to reset the Clock_driver_isrs after each
tick.
