* fileio/init.c, fileio/system.h, iostream/init.cc,
        loopback/init.c, pppd/init.c, pppd/pppdapp.c: Do not build if
        BSP_SMALL_MEMORY is defined. Remove this code once a better way is
        supported by the build system.
