* aclocal/check-bsp-cache.m4: Convert to autoconf-2.5x quoting
	rules. Add RTEMS_BSP_CFLAGS, RTEMS_BSP_CFLAGS_OPTIMIZE_V,
	RTEMS_BSP_CFLAGS_DEBUG_V, RTEMS_BSP_CFLAGS_PROFILE_V.
