* shell/.cvsignore, shell/Makefile.am, shell/memory.t,
	shell/preface.texi, shell/shell.texi: Added much information the
	Preface. Created initial version of Configuration and Intialization
	chapter. Links are now complete from start to end of manual.
	* shell/confinit.t: New file.
