like:scons --dist --target=mdk5 --project-name=hello --project-path=C:\Users\xxx\Desktop\test
scons --dist [--target=xxx] [--project-name=xxx] [--project-path=xxx]
支持在dist之后，将dist出来的工程直接生成为目标工程，相当于自动执行scons --target=xxx
