* Make the sequencer feature build again SEQUENCER_ENABLE only set MUSIC_ENABLE, so -DSEQUENCER_ENABLE was never defined and neither sequencer.c nor process_sequencer.c were compiled; process_sequencer.c also lost the includes it depends on.
