Gautier Hattenberger 69ccc3ef97 [server] catch generic error in server for invalid conf (#3687 )

A change in the API of Xml-light makes it difficult to handle the
correct error for invalid configuration and keep compatibility with old
ubuntu versions. This way, it is at catch as a generic exception and
provide some information about the issue, most likely a File_not_found
error.
