some cleanup and fixme stuff
- attitude_ref_quat: use STABILIZATION_ATTITUDE_SP_MAX_PHI instead of STABILIZATION_ATTITUDE_SP_MAX_P to define ROLL_COEFF - added ahrs test prog to gitignore
