Previously, init_system and cleanup_system were used within the
applications. Remove as they are no longer called in the application
files.

In the ns_bind_cb the param should be called 'dest' not 'src', as
its the destination address that the callback will be called with.

Rework of the endpoint management based on new ns_unbind callback.
slave core destroys its endpoint when receive rpmsg shutdown message.
Master core destroys its endpoint when receive ns unbind callback.

This test corresponds to the behaviour of the linux
rpmsg sample driver. master send 100 messages to the slave,
expecting echo.
At least the echo part running on slave
can be implemented to respond to the linux driver.
