wenquan1 5b52ab13c8 net/arp: support queue iob when arp_out failed
arp_out will replace the dev->d_iob to arp request if the iob destination
address is not exist in arp table, this mechanism cause this iob lost
result in first received ping no response or first synack retransmit.
to fix this bug, we queue the iob if arp_out failed, allocate a new
iob to send arp request, after the arp request completed, then we retry
send the queue iob packet.

wenquan1 c0fa2cae3d net/tcp: fix conn->work use after free in worker queue list
in multi-core cpu, tcp_free and tcp_timer_expiry->tcp_timer will work in parallel, after tcp_free call work_cancle, tcp->timer will call tcp_update_timer to re-add work to worker queue, then tcp_free free conn, in this condition, it will result use after free.

Jukka Laitinen ef827e88a7 net: Copy out also can cmsg data into the end of packet
This has been broken at some point. Just fix it by copying the can frame and
the cmsg data into IOB, and fix devif_poll to copy out the full data.

The can drivers expect to find the timeout timestamp in the end of the frame.

RFC 1191
When a router is unable to forward a datagram because it exceeds the
   MTU of the next-hop network and its Don't Fragment bit is set, the
   router is required to return an ICMP Destination Unreachable message
   to the source of the datagram, with the Code indicating
   "fragmentation needed and DF set". To support the Path MTU Discovery
   technique specified in this memo, the router MUST include the MTU of
   that next-hop network in the low-order 16 bits of the ICMP header
   field that is labelled "unused" in the ICMP specification [7]. The
   high-order 16 bits remain unused, and MUST be set to zero. Thus, the
   message has the following format:

       0                   1                   2                   3

chao an 8a63d29c6e net/devif_poll: optimize device buffer alloc in txpoll
Allocate the device buffer only if the protocol really need to send data.
not all protocols require the driver to prepare additional iob before
sending, especially UDP, each iob reserves l2/l3 header in advance
after prepare write buffer, net device could reuse this entry to send directly

Zhe Weng 34ade7a0b6 net/devif: fix devif_poll loop logic
Previously, the devif_poll works in this flow:
devif_poll_xx -> bstop = callback -> continue if !bstop -> poll another

Now we split the polling and callback, so it should work like:
devif_poll_connections -> return true if callback need to be called
   -> bstop = callback -> loop if !bstop -> poll again

Conditions:
poll_connections == 0, d_len == 0, break, return 0
poll_connections == 1, d_len == 0, break, return 1 (other stop case,
                                                    don't callback)
poll_connections == 1, d_len > 0, callback == 1, break, return 1
poll_connections == 1, d_len > 0, callback == 0, loop

chao an 34d2cde8a8 net/l2/l3/l4: add support of iob offload
1. Add new config CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE to isolation of l2 stack,
   which will benefit l3(IP) layer for multi-MAC(l2) implementation,
   especially in some NICs such as celluler net driver.

new configuration options: CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE

CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE will reserved l2 buffer header size of
network buffer to isolate the L2/L3 (MAC/IP) data on network layer,
which will be beneficial to L3 network layer protocol transparent
transmission and forwarding

------------------------------------------------------------
Layout of frist iob entry:

        iob_data (aligned by CONFIG_IOB_ALIGNMENT)
            |
            |                  io_offset(CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE)
            |                                |

      iob   |            Reserved            |    io_len    |
            -------------------------------------------------

            |                 io_offset(CONFIG_NET_LL_GUARDSIZE)
            |                                |
            -------------------------------------------------

 8021Q      |   Reserved  | ETH_8021Q_HDRLEN |    io_len    |
            ---------------------------------|---------------
 ipforward  |            Reserved            |    io_len    |
            -------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Support iob offload to l2 driver to avoid unnecessary memory copy

Support send/receive iob vectors directly between the NICs and l3/l4
stack to avoid unnecessary memory copies, especially on hardware that
supports Scatter/gather, which can greatly improve performance.

new interface to support iob offload:

  ------------------------------------------
  |    IOB version     |     original      |

Alexander Lunev 1e25602678 net/can,icmp,icmpv6,tcp,tcp_timer,udp: device should poll only those connections that are bound to the device.
tcp_timer: eliminated false decrements of conn->timer in case of multiple network adapters.
The false timer decrements sometimes provoked TCP spurious retransmissions due to premature timeouts.

Xiang Xiao 87cf5c58ae Correct some problems with network timed events when there are multiple network devices in the configuration.
Squashed commit of the following:

Author: Gregory Nutt <gnutt@nuttx.org>

    Ran nxstyle against many of the affected files. But this job was too big for today. Many of the network drivers under arch are highly non-compiant and generate many, many faults from nxstyle. Those will have to be visited again another day.

Author: Xiang Xiao <xiaoxiang@xiaomi.com>

    This effects all network drivers as well as timing related portions of net/: devif_poll_tcp_timer shouldn't be skipped in the multiple card case. devif_timer will be called multiple time in one period if the multiple card exist, the elapsed time calculated for the first callback is right, but the flowing callback in the same period is wrong(very short) because the global variable g_polltimer is used in the calculation. So let's pass the delay time to devif_timer and remove g_polltimer.
