* boards: cxd56xx: spresense: add Spresense Image Processor
Enable support for accelerated format convertor, rotation and so on.
using the CXD5602 image processing accelerator.

Add the optional initialization of GNSS and GEOFENCE at boot
if the drivers are enabled
