docs: Update Signal Interfaces documentation
Build Documentation / build-html (push) Has been cancelled

Update the Signal Interfaces documentation to include all
signals with configurable default actions and group them
by behavior for improved readability.

This reflects the current implementation in
sched/signal/sig_default.c.
