 2016-03-11: The i.MX6Q port is essentially code complete.  There are a few
 issues that need to be revisited in the GIC initialization logic.  There is
 no clock configuration logic.  This is probably not an issue if we are
 loaded into SDRAM by a bootloader (because we cannot change the clocking
 anyway in that case).
 Parts of the SMP configuration are in place, but several key SMP interfaces
 are still missing.
 So there is a lot of testing that could be done but, unfortunately, I still
 have no i.MX6 hardware to test on.
