graphify's PyPI override was null (GitHub-only), so the site showed no download count although the project now publishes on PyPI as graphifyy.

Standing maintainer decisions (the August schedule and httpie keeps, uv-audit's experimental status, jev-ultrafast's admission, the three 6-entry caps) lived only in old commit bodies or conversation, so the next audit would re-drop them as rule failures.

The 2026-10-02 AI & ML audit kept or admitted five Beta-classifier entries and kept annoy past the 12-month activity line, but docs/audit-logs.md did not record these maintainer decisions, so the next audit would drop them as rule failures.

The 2026-10-01 AI and Agents audit kept claude-agent-sdk despite its Alpha classifier and semantica as a challenger without adoption-trajectory evidence, and neither override was on record in docs/audit-logs.md.

docs/audit-logs.md claimed every maintainer override is recorded, but the openviking stability override (PR #3302) and the seleniumbase challenger-evidence override (PR #3284) were missing.

Add a Stability Exceptions section to docs/audit-logs.md documenting
the zensical override (admitted pre-1.0 to displace a dying mkdocs
upstream). Add a matching evidence bullet to CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md
warning that a download count is not automatically independent demand
when one listed entry depends on another, using mkdocs / mkdocs-material
as the worked example. Both facts were discovered during this sitting
and need to persist so the next audit doesn't rediscover them.

Git history already archives every removal's reason via commit body,
but it can't be scanned at a glance. docs/audit-logs.md is the
at-a-glance register of overrides (naming exceptions, mature-stable
keeps) allowed by CONTRIBUTING.md. Drop the docs/* gitignore exclusion
(and stale .superpowers/ and skills-lock.json entries) so the file and
future doc additions outside docs/adr/ can be tracked.
