docs: remove unmaintained entries and add awscli
Remove entries that are unmaintained, low-quality, or superseded: werkzeug (WSGI server section), feincms, ultrajson, schema, voluptuous, bpython, splinter, s3cmd, kafka-python, streamparse, zerorpc, bashplotlib, quads, dejavu, kapre, pyAudioAnalysis, harfang3d, configobj. Add awscli to Cloud Providers as a widely-used modern alternative. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
