feat: add confluent-kafka to Messaging

DevOps audit adjudicated by maintainer 2026-08-16: 61.8M downloads/month via ClickPy, librdkafka-backed, 2026 sources call it the production Kafka default. kafka-python is unmaintained and was excluded. Placed first per downloads-descending obvious-choice tier; pika and paho-mqtt follow in subsequent commits.
