docs: remove low-quality entries and consolidate cytoolz into toolz
Remove makesite, pysimdjson, python-rapidjson, python-ds, buildout, Levenshtein, and arrow as standalone entries due to low quality or maintenance concerns. Fold cytoolz reference into the toolz entry to reduce duplication while preserving discoverability. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
