These three were skipped pending MAVProxy fixes: continuing a directory listing from the listing's own state rather than by mutating the last operation sent, and taking a listing entry's size from the end of the entry. MAVProxy master now does both, so rather than skipping them outright they ask MAVProxy whether it can do this and return early if it cannot.
