Test that WIND.speed reports the horizontal (ground-plane) wind speed only, not the 3D vector magnitude. Uses AHRS_EKF_TYPE=10 (SIM backend) which reads the actual 3D SITL wind vector, and SIM_WIND_DIR_Z to tilt the wind vector 45 degrees from horizontal so the 3D magnitude (10 m/s) and horizontal magnitude (7.07 m/s) are clearly distinguishable.
