samirbhattarai135 97eb2d3e68 AP_Param: terminate test_find_by_name var_info table ...

The table had no AP_VAREND, so the AP_Param constructor's scan for the
terminator read past the end of the array. Apple clang compiles that
access into a trap and the test aborted during static initialisation,
before running any assertion.

Add the terminator and stop the loop at it.
