constructor ordering can mean that we construct SITL::SIMi before we construct SITL::AirspeedParm::varinfo

That leads to parameters not being initialised as there is no GroupInfo structure for the populate-from-defaults code to walk.

That can lead to division-by-zero when we divide by the simulated airspeed ratio.
