Peter BarkerandClaude Fable 5 a8de7ec24f AP_WheelEncoder: mark WENC_TYPE/WENC2_TYPE as requiring a reboot ...

add @RebootRequired: True to both TYPE parameter blocks.

The driver backend for this sensor is allocated once during init at
boot; changing the type parameter at runtime has no effect until
reboot. Annotate it so GCSes prompt the user to reboot.
