Several autotests build firmware at test time: PPPPeriph builds a PPP-enabled plane and a sitl_periph_PPP AP_Periph, PeriphMultiUARTTunnel builds a sitl_periph_can_to_serial AP_Periph, NetworkingWebServerPPP builds a PPP-enabled rover, and the Replay tests build tool/Replay. Autotest jobs restore the ccache but never save it, so those objects are compiled cold on every single CI run, costing roughly eight to eleven minutes of runner time per run across the three workflows. Compile the same targets with the same configuration in the build jobs, gated on the master-push condition save-ccache uses: only cache- saving runs pay the pre-build cost (measured warm: about 65s copter, 93s rover, more for plane), while every PR run's in-test builds hit the saved cache for the full test-time saving with no build-time cost.
