DroneCANCompass and CircuitStatusScript build sitl_periph_universal inside the test, which master's ccache did not hold. Pre-build it with the options those jobs use so the in-test builds are cache hits, and add --num-aux-imus=2 to the PPPPeriph pre-builds now that the frame rebuild uses the Plane jobs' options.
