Henry Wurzburg de927faf16 hwdef: add 'NTF_LED_TYPES 455' to defaults.parm for boards missing it 
This enables built-in/external LED drivers consistently.
455 sets bits 0,1,2 and 6,7,8 (1+2+4+64+128+256).

Thomas Watson eeb72ce962 AP_HAL_ChibiOS: drop sbrk implementation 
"Using sbrk based functions on ChibiOS is a really bad idea"
(PRs #24218 and #24221). Remove them completely so they can't be called.
We already backlist `_sbrk` so we know it can't be called.

Confirmed that CubeOrange application and bootloader binary do not
change.
