Henry Wurzburg de927faf16 hwdef: add 'NTF_LED_TYPES 455' to defaults.parm for boards missing it 
This enables built-in/external LED drivers consistently.
455 sets bits 0,1,2 and 6,7,8 (1+2+4+64+128+256).
