Replay: force COMPASS_ORIENT to 0
we use compass.setHIL() in body frame, or must use an orientation of 0
to give the right value

Replay: merge MessageHandler_* into MsgHandler.h/MsgHandler.cpp
These were trivial classes; having lots of these files around made
it painful to work with.
