Peter Barker 1208c27d5b AP_Landing: use the standard PARAMETER_CONVERSION annotation 
The LAND_PITCH_CD to LAND_PITCH_DEG conversion carried its date in prose
("added January 2024") rather than in the standard form, so a grep for
conversion vintages missed it.

TharakaUJ 06066e9889 AP_Landing: increase throttle slew rate parameter width 
Increase the storage width of throttle slew rate parameters from AP_Int8
to AP_Int16 to allow higher values.

Affected parameters:
 - THR_SLEWRATE
 - TKOFF_THR_SLEW
 - Landing THR_SLEW

The parameter range is increased from 127 to 500 (%/s). This increases the
maximum allowed slew rate but does not change the parameter resolution.

Existing parameters are migrated using convert_parameter_width(AP_PARAM_INT8)
to preserve stored values.

rubenp02 de70b8b09e AP_Landing: Add is_on_final public method 
Introduced the is_on_final public method, which determines if the
landing is at the pre-flare stage or later, so the aircraft is on final
for landing. Similar to the existing is_flaring and is_on_approach
methods.

Andrew Tridgell cf443a889c AP_Landing: fixed assumption of AMSL WPs 
the AP_Landing library assumed AMSL waypoints for both prev_WP_loc and
next_WP_loc. This led to an incorrect glide slope for a NAV_LAND fixed
wing landing when the landing WP is terrain relative.

This change fixes the code to handle either an AGL or AMSL location,
which are the only two location types used in plane

Peter Barker 8ec0eed749 AP_Landing: stop libraries including AP_Logger.h in .h files 
AP_Logger.h is a nexus of includes; while this is being improved over
time, there's no reason for the library headers to include AP_Logger.h
as the logger itself is access by singleton and the structures are in
LogStructure.h

This necessitated moving The PID_Info structure out of AP_Logger's
namespace.  This cleans up a pretty nasty bit - that structure is
definitely not simply used for logging, but also used to pass pid
information around to controllers!

There are a lot of patches in here because AP_Logger.h, acting as a
nexus, was providing transitive header file inclusion in many (some
unlikely!) places.
