Peter BarkerandClaude Sonnet 4.6 86723ae7f5 Tools: AP_Bootloader: use hex_charpairs_to_uint8s for MD5 decode 
Remove the local copy of char_to_hex (AP_Common is already in the
bootloader wscript). Include AP_Common.h directly and use
hex_charpairs_to_uint8s to decode the 16-byte MD5 hash in one call.
