Ramon Roche 5ecc673e23 ci(macos): drop the Homebrew download cache and double ccache ...

The Homebrew download cache restored from any older key and saved the
result under the new one, so it only ever grew: each entry is now about
2.9 GB, three of them fill most of the 10 GB repository cache, and
GitHub evicts the ccache entries to make room. Restoring and saving it
cost about 72 s per run, more than the Homebrew install it saves.

The 200M ccache is full after px4_sitl, so px4_fmu-v5_default only hits
about 81%.
