The pr and commit skills claimed every PR is squash-merged, which contradicts CONTRIBUTING.md: merge strategy is case by case, with both squash and rebase merges enabled. The wrong claim led to fix-up commits being kept on branches on the assumption they would be squashed away. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-opus-5-5 Signed-off-by: Ramon Roche <mrpollo@gmail.com>
Agent instructions
AGENTS.md files hold repository and directory guidance; .agents/skills/ holds the shared skills. Keep skills client-agnostic: no argument variables or client-specific attribution.
Claude Code reads neither location directly. Each CLAUDE.md is a one-line @AGENTS.md import, and each .claude/skills/<name> is a symlink to .agents/skills/<name>; add both when adding a nested AGENTS.md or a skill.

Create worktrees where the user's own agent instructions put them. Without such a rule, put them next to the repository in ../PX4-Autopilot-worktrees/<name>/, never inside it.
